Imperial and metric sized 230V stainless steel heaters, manufactured using fine heater element wire, helically wound and supported in a ceramic support tube to give maximum heat transfer to the outer shell. +650°C max surface temperature.

These stainless steel heaters are manufactured using fine heater element wire, helically wound and supported in a ceramic support tube to give maximum heat transfer to the outer shell.

The extension cables are 1000mm long with nickel conductors which are fibreglass/PTFE insulated, rated to +350°C.

As the surface temperature of the heater can reach a maximum of +650°C, cartridge heaters should be mounted in a reamed hole for maximum surface-to-surface contact. A temperature sensor mounted close to the bottom 1/3 of the precision drilled or reamed hole will ensure excellent temperature control and heater life.
