Delivery services, prices, destinations and schedules are detailed below. Simply choose your preferred method during the checkout process.
Note: for deliveries to non-UK countries, couriers will require the customer to pay local taxes (Duty + VAT) before delivery.

Delivery with DPD
Once your order has been despatched via DPD you will receive an email and/or a text message containing a tracking reference. This can be used to track your shipment at DPD's website.

UK Destinations
For UK destinations not classed as mainland (e.g. Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight) delivery costs are considerably higher than the offered standard rate and timed deliveries cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to use a different delivery service if the costs for a chosen service escalate or we feel a different service would be a better choice for the delivery destination.

International Shipping Terms (DAP)
For deliveries to non-UK countries, couriers will require the customer to pay local taxes (Duty + VAT) before delivery.
Delivery Schedule
We will do our very best to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt. Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 GMT. Orders received before 15:00 GMT will be processed and despatched the same day, subject to availability. Orders received outside of these hours (including weekends and bank holidays) will be treated as the next working day. For items requiring manufacture and additional services such as in-house calibration, please allow for a longer despatch time.
UK Public/Bank Holidays
During UK public/bank holidays we will have a reduced staff level at our offices, but we will do our very best to process and despatch your order as soon as possible. If you have an urgent requirement during these periods please contact us first on (UK) +44 (0)1628 523015 to discuss best options.
