RTDs

We provide full technical assistance, a fast high quality manufacture service and hold large stocks of completed sensors, all very competitively priced.

Cables

Most sensors installed will need a cable to connect to a junction box, instrument or panel. A variety of options are available...we offer a solution for most applications.

Connectors

As the UK Distributor for Hamitherm connectors & accessories we hold large stocks, available for immediate despatch. The high quality, easy to use connectors are manufactured within Europe and are competitively priced. An extensive range of round pinned (solid or hollow) and miniature flat pinned connectors, with options suitable for use up to +650°C.

Fittings & Thermowells

Stainless Steel, Brass & PTFE Adjustable Compression Fittings with BSPT, NPT & Metric threads to suit 0.5mm up to 21.3mm diameter, stocked in the UK. Thermowells also stocked in 316 Stainless Steel and PTFE in a variety of constructions.

Calibration

Knowing the actual performance and accuracy of the sensors in your process can improve efficiency. We offer a range of calibration equipment and services, including temperature -40°C up to 1150°C, pressure -1 up to 400 bar, infrared thermometer (Black Body) voltage, current and humidity.

Data Logging

Do you need to take regular measurements and produce reports for process validations? We offer a wide range of Data Loggers and Chart Recorders to monitor your process and enable you to print or store the records.

As a distributor for WIKA and Honeywell FEMA pressure products we offer gauges, switches and transmitters/transducers to suit most applications, including ATEX.
We also offer our own branded, lower cost Pressure Direct range for large volume OEM applications that require a low-cost quality solution.

Heaters

We hold large stocks of standard cartridge heaters (Metric & Imperial sizes), Nozzle / Band Heaters and Silicone Rubber Mat Heaters. Bespoke heaters can be manufactured to suit your application.
